About the Role

- Prepare and review mechanical engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems
- Lead the mechanical installation and commissioning activities on site to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems within the overall project
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to monitor the progress and quality of mechanical works
- Identify and resolve mechanical engineering issues, providing technical guidance to contractors and project teams
- Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Support procurement activities by reviewing material submittals and liaising with suppliers
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and progress updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems
- Proficient in mechanical design software and engineering tools
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's codes, standards, and regulations is preferred

Role Overview
- HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical engineering aspects of our construction and infrastructure projects.
- The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising mechanical systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
