Job Description

Design and develop comprehensive workforce planning strategies, encompassing modeling, trend analysis, staffing allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) measurement.
Define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals, including labor productivity, cost to serve, DCM (Direct Controllable Margin), Host retention, and Host satisfaction.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions and technology to drive continuous improvement in workforce planning and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive experience in business analytics, project management, program management, or a related field.
- Work experience to include: 1. Three years of experience developing and implementing planning strategies. 2. Three years of experience utilizing data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and data visualization. 3. Three years of experience leading large, technical, and strategic projects that impact profitability. A large project is one which has at least a $60 million labor pool. 4. One year of experience leading transformational initiatives. 5. C ost management, including labor cost analysis and ensuring labor plans meet budgetary constraints.
- Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
- Position requires 5% domestic travel; expenses paid by employer.
- 40 hours/week.
- Salary: $226,973 to $227,973 per year.
- Address of employment : This is a 100% telecommute position. Candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all U.S. states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming. This position reports to Shutterfly, LLC located at 10 Almaden Blvd., Suite 900, San Jose, CA 95113 .
