In this role, the Finance Operations Process leader will drive the injection of contemporary finance practices rooted in automation, data modeling and integrated business planning and reporting. Eliminate waste and non-value-added activities using Lean principles to build a results-driven, low-bureaucracy operating culture
Apply DMAIC methodology to identify process gaps, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency
Develop and deliver role-based training programs to drive consistent process adoption, reducing error rates and rework across Finance Operations
Conduct regular internal audits using control frameworks to verify that process documentation is accurate, current, and compliant
Define and track KPIs post-implementation — including cost savings, cycle time, and error reduction — to validate ROI and sustain process gains
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives (RPA, workflow tools) with clear business cases showing efficiency, cost, and risk-reduction benefits
Apply knowledge of modern finance practices — cloud ERP systems, data modeling, and automated controls — to strengthen financial operations
Manage cross-functional project teams through full project lifecycles, from charter and scope definition to delivery and handovers using structured PM frameworks
Perform root cause analysis on complex operational issues, developing corrective actions that align with business objectives and financial targets
Champion a Kaizen mindset across teams, embedding a culture of incremental improvement, accountability, and quality at every process level
Support additional initiatives assigned by leadership, contributing finance and operational expertise across evolving business priorities
Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation by streamlining procurement, invoice processing, and payment workflows — reducing cycle times, strengthening vendor controls, and delivering measurable cost and compliance improvements
Minimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance with at least seven to ten years progressive finance and accounting experience required, preferably in a large organization. An MBA and CPA Certification are highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with general ledger, P&L and Balance Sheet. Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Ability to identify areas of under-performance and agree plans to rectify. Demonstrate experience of design and implementation of business process with a continuous improvement mindset. Must be initiative-taking, pragmatic, and able to work independently. Diligent and strong attention to detail. Strong influencing skills, able to solve problems and find effective and timely resolutions. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to share knowledge, coach and collaborate effectively with individuals and other departments. Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to multitask and ruthlessly prioritize. Financial experience in a manufacturing environment and service-based organization is highly desirable. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, prior experience of SAP preferred but not essential. Able to protect and handle confidential personnel information. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required. Limited to travel including international.
