Role Overview
Lead the global Oracle Fusion ERP applications team across Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash tracks.
Oversee operations support, enhancements, migrations, major digital transformations, system rollouts, and strategic projects.
Manage internal teams and lead distributed, multinational technical teams.
Project and Rollout Management
- Manage global Oracle Fusion rollouts and standardize core business processes worldwide.
- Govern project timelines, risks, and scopes.
- Coordinate system integrators and third-party vendors.
- Ensure seamless hypercare support after deployment.
Production Support and Enhancements
- Oversee Tier 2 and Tier 3 operations support while meeting strict service level agreements.
- Manage quarterly Oracle release update cycles.
- Prioritize complex custom enhancement pipelines.
- Ensure high application availability and performance.
