The Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) will lead strategic evaluation, execution, and integration of inorganic growth opportunities across the company’s portfolio.
Reporting into the Portfolio Strategy team, this role partners closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, R&D, and Commercial leaders to assess acquisition targets, structure deals, and ensure strategic value creation post-close.
The Mergers & Acquisition role works directly with executive leadership to shape enterprise growth priorities and translate long-term strategy into actionable initiatives across marketing, R&D, and commercial teams.
This role is designed for a strategic thinker and operator who can identify opportunities based on clear analytical frameworks.
The position will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that Samyang’s portfolio strategy and sustainable growth model is sufficient for the growth ambitions.

The base salary for this position is between $120,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year.
Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
