Position Overview
Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for the Machine Building function.
Oversee project execution, engineering integration, manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
Drive growth through capital project execution, technology adoption, cost optimization, delivery excellence, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic and Business Leadership
- Define and execute the Machine Building strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and capital investments.
- Drive profitability, productivity, operational excellence, and Industry 4.0 technology adoption.
Project and Operations Management
- Oversee machine-building projects from concept to commissioning.
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality, and performance parameters.
- Optimize manufacturing, assembly, testing, integration, and commissioning processes.
- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor project and operational performance.
