Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the plant.

Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA, and hazard identification activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Factory Act, OSHA guidelines, and local environmental regulations.

Lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

Develop and monitor safety KPIs including LTIR, TRIR, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions.

Conduct periodic safety audits, inspections, and workplace safety assessments.

Ensure effective implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), and contractor safety management systems.

Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and ISO 14001 requirements.

Manage waste disposal systems including hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
