Role Overview

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Lead product discovery and prioritization in alignment with logistics objectives and local and regional team needs.
• Build logistics product requirements and advocate for prioritization with product stakeholders.
• Engage business and technology teams to address product pain points and prioritize features.
• Drive product thinking to solve logistics problems and raise feature requests with business cases.

Feature Rollouts

• Oversee testing and pre-launch actions for new feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design targeted experiments.
• Monitor success metrics and establish reporting infrastructure.
• Communicate developments and recommend next steps before and after go-live.
• Transition new features to specialized logistics owners for optimization and business impact.

Documentation and Issues

• Ensure users understand tool access, required permissions, enabled functionality, market availability, and feature timelines.
• Help countries address product and technology issues while evaluating their impact.
• Act as the primary contact during product emergencies and escalate critical bugs for resolution.
• Cascade resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics, product management, or related roles.
• Food delivery, e-commerce, or q-commerce experience is highly advantageous.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights and actions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills in test design and interpretation.
• Ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Advanced degrees or data analytics or product management certifications are a plus.
