Sr Manager, Learning and Development

Lead the development and execution of Gigamon’s global Learning & Organizational Development strategy, aligned with business priorities and organizational needs.

Define and implement a forward-looking manager development strategy, including program priorities, learning journeys, and a multi-year roadmap.

Design and deliver scalable learning experiences for individual contributors, managers, and leaders that support professional growth and employee engagement.

Develop and enhance executive coaching and leadership development programs to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational capability.

Create a cohesive global onboarding experience and collaborate with business leaders to improve functional onboarding across teams.

Facilitate leadership development and other learning programs using engaging, inclusive, and high-impact delivery methods.

Partner with the People Partner team and cross-functional leaders to implement talent planning, succession planning, competency development, performance management, employee engagement, and total rewards initiatives.

Use learning data, employee insights, and business metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Establish consistent learning standards, processes, and measurement practices across global programs.

Manage multiple strategic initiatives while remaining involved in the hands-on design, facilitation, and implementation of priority programs.

Built at least 14 year of professional experience in Learning and Organizational Development, Learning and Development, organizational development, instructional design, or a related discipline.

Led global or multi-region learning initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology or business environment.

Developed and executed enterprise-level L&D strategies, manager development programs, leadership development initiatives, and learning roadmaps.

Designed and delivered impactful learning content and scalable development programs for diverse employee populations.

Demonstrated experience with executive coaching, leadership facilitation, onboarding, talent development, or related organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Partnered with senior leaders and People teams on succession planning, competency building, performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement.

Used data, analytics, and employee insights to measure learning outcomes, evaluate program effectiveness, and guide decision-making.

Managed multiple priorities from strategy through implementation, balancing long-term planning with tactical execution.

A strategic Learning & Development leader who connects organizational capability-building initiatives to business outcomes.

A master facilitator with a motivational, engaging, and high-impact presentation style.

A consultative and influential partner who builds credibility quickly with senior leaders, managers, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

A flexible operator who can move effectively between long-term strategy, program design, facilitation, and hands-on execution.
