Establish and enforce delivery governance structures, policies, and compliance requirements across teams.
Direct managers in resource planning, capacity management, and workforce optimization to support multiple delivery streams.
Drive adoption of delivery methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead risk management activities—identify dependencies, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies across initiatives.
Optimize vendor partnerships, oversee technology investments, and evaluate solution effectiveness to maximize business value.
Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; approve expenditures and provide financial insights to leadership.
Develop leadership talent through coaching, mentorship, succession planning, and ongoing capability development .

Experience overseeing complex delivery portfolios, resource plans, and cross‑functional execution in a large enterprise environment.
Exposure to regulated industries, delivery governance frameworks, and enterprise‑level reporting.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, manage budgets, and deliver measurable outcomes through high‑performing delivery teams .
