Sr. Manager, Events Technology

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Drive technology strategy and execution across major event programs.
• Translate business and attendee requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead platform integrations, data flows, configuration, documentation, governance, and operational readiness.
• Manage technology workstreams from planning through onsite execution and post-event analysis.
• Manage plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, processes, budgets, vendors, agencies, and resource allocation.
• Partner across Strategic Events, Marketing, Digital, IT, Sales, Finance, Sourcing, and other groups.
• Improve attendee experiences, automate processes, strengthen platforms, reduce risk, and scale programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in event technology, event operations, experiential technology, or related disciplines.
• Large-scale B2B event and global event portfolio experience is preferred.
