Sr Manager, Digital Technology Platforms - Delivery

Role overview

Work model

• The position is permanent and full time.

Delivery and strategy

• Lead medium- to large-scale digital initiatives across web, online services, quote-and-buy services, and mobile platforms.
• Define and evolve strategic product and platform roadmaps with operational and technology leaders.
• Translate product and platform vision into actionable plans.
• Oversee delivery governance, risk, financial accountability, vendor coordination, and portfolio performance.

Engineering and team leadership

• Promote CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, quality engineering, and other modern engineering practices.
• Lead developers, internal systems analysts, and quality assurance analysts.
• Drive agile and AI-enabled delivery models and product-focused service delivery.
• Coach team members, recruit staff, manage performance, and foster an inclusive agile culture.

Required qualifications

• Seven to ten years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Postsecondary degree in information technology or computer science.
• Deep knowledge of project and program delivery and the ability to mobilize personnel.
• The role is performed in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of generative or agentic AI-assisted development and specification-driven development.
• Experience leading delivery for platforms spanning web, mobile applications, and transactional systems.

Compensation

• The expected salary range is $114,021 to $164,000.
• Eligible employees may participate in incentive programs and receive additional performance-based compensation.
