Sr. Manager, Demand Planning Transformation

Identify and eliminate repetitive, manual planning work across the organization

Build automated workflows that improve forecast maintenance, reporting, data consolidation, and risk tracking

Reduce planning cycle time and improve speed, consistency, and scalability of execution

Integrate AI and advanced analytics into real-world planning workflows

Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to operationalize AI capabilities

Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using measurable business outcomes

Partner directly with Demand Planning, Sales, Supply Planning, Operations, and Commercial teams

Translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Redefine how planning performance and forecast accuracy are measured

Improve visibility to true demand signal versus operational noise

Build reporting and analytics that drive accountability and better business behavior
