Sr. Developer / Solution Architect

The Lead Architect will establish and guide the architectural foundation for our global MGA’s emerging solution development and automation enablement capability.

This is a hands-on, technical leadership role responsible for building the frameworks, environments, and standards needed to prototype agent-driven solutions quickly and transition them into MGA’s traditional IT ecosystem.

The Lead Architect will define the technical pathways that connect experimentation with enterprise readiness — building a sandbox environment, establishing integration patterns, and ensuring solutions can scale securely across the business.

This role blends modern software engineering, cloud-native development, and strong knowledge of traditional IT systems (ERP, data platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity).

This position is the anchor of MGA’s move from a support-focused IT model to a product-centric, innovation-driven technology organization.
