Broad Outline of the Role

  • Responsible for driving deeper and wider customer engagements in Unified Collaboration domain to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, understand their value proposition, and help solve critical business problems.
  • Tactical role contributing to defining direction of operating plans based on business strategy with mid term impact on business unit results.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7 12 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Should have worked with technology services companies (telecom, hardware, software, applications, cloud services) in account management role.

Other Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven record of coupling business acumen with technology knowledge to connect customer business challenges to technology decisions.
  • Able to translate business information from customer and provide insights to Solutions, SME, and product teams.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong relationship building, negotiation, organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of latest trends in enterprise networking space, including competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute growth strategy and go to market strategy for respective product portfolio in the region.
  • Identify solution partners and establish regional alliances to develop market and segments.
  • Identify high potential customers and build long term alliances.
  • Understand and analyze client requirements, determine best solution fit, and create compelling proposition.
  • Lead technical conversations with clients working alongside technical architect team.
  • Deliver revenue targets and pipeline growth.
  • Lead client negotiations, manage deal progression and deal closure by ensuring cross functional teams are aligned.
  • Proactively identify problem areas internally and set up periodic bid calls to propose desired solutions and prioritize key opportunities.
