Opportunity
Lead strategic insights, storytelling, and measurement across AI and digital transformation programs.
Work within the Data Science, Analytics and Innovation team to advance transformational priorities and enterprise value.
Strategic Insights and Storytelling
- Synthesize data across channels and advisor or client segments to identify patterns, insights, and program effectiveness.
- Distill analytical complexity into key business drivers, stories, and actionable recommendations.
- Explore RBC data assets to surface opportunities that advance transformation priorities.
Analytics Ownership and Partnership
- Partner with AI and conversational banking product and platform teams to frame problems and determine analytical approaches.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business questions.
- Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through insight, recommendation, and action.
Measurement and Value Creation
- Develop measurement and experimental frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Translate findings into recommendations to scale, optimize, evolve, or stop initiatives.
- Connect program outcomes to broader business objectives and value creation.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business or a quantitative discipline.
- Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain.
- Mature business acumen with demonstrated business results or successes.
- Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience directly in conversational banking products.
- Experience with Tableau or SQL.
