We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Supervisor to manage inventory, coordinate logistics operations, and support efficient order fulfilment across the MENA region.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse partners, and installation partners.
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory in multiple outsourced warehouses across the region.
- Monitor stock levels across all countries and prepare inventory availability reports to support planning and decision-making
- Coordinate with the regional warehouse supplier and installation partners on inbound, storage, and outbound inventory movements
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations with warehouse supplier and installation partners, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper inventory tracking, reporting, and visibility across all locations
Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Plan and track deliveries to customers and installation partners
- Liaise with transport providers and suppliers to ensure timely shipments
- Optimize delivery routes and logistics costs
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared and accurate to support smooth import and export processes
- Stay up to date with country-specific logistics, customs, and regulatory requirements, and proactively address any changes or risks
Order Fulfilment Support
- Prepare and coordinate fulfilment of customer orders directly from the UAE warehouse, including picking, packing coordination, and dispatch
- Ensure all required materials are available and shipped in line with customer delivery timelines
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues impacting delivery
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Operations Supervisors, installation partners, warehouse supplier, and logistics providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain clear communication on stock availability, order status, and delivery timelines across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and escalate operational risks such as stock shortages, shipment delays, or documentation issues
- Validate supplier invoices for inventory and logistics services
Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory data across CRM/ERP systems
- Administer and maintain inventory modules, ensuring all stock movements are properly recorded and up to date
- Generate regular reports on stock levels and inventory movements
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in systems and processes, and recommend improvements Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Experience managing or coordinating inventory across multiple locations or countries is preferred
- Experience with import/export processes and logistics documentation is preferred
- Exposure to last-mile delivery operations or working with third-party logistics / installation partners is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP/CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment
