Job Summary
- The Software Developer is responsible for providing on site technical solutions and support for Sama X connectivity operations.
- The role includes building and maintaining tools, scripts, and reports to support a smooth quote to cash lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Custom Tooling & Scripting: Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, and JavaScript) to automate tasks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain complex reports and real time dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
- L2 Technical Troubleshooting: Provide second level support for operational issues by identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, and custom integrations.
- Technical Implementation: Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring custom built solutions are scalable and performant.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the health of the Zoho ecosystem by managing API limits, data integrity, and cross module connectivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in software development, with a focus on business process automation and operational excellence.
- Architecture: Understanding of non functional requirements (latency, throughput, and API rate limits).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Zoho Deluge, Zoho Creator, and Python (especially back end development and integrations).
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly prototype short term fixes and build long term tools to address operational bottlenecks.
