- Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom joinery, loose and fixed furniture, and fit out elements
- Quantify materials, labor, and production hours required for manufacturing and site works
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams for technical and cost inputs
- Request, obtain, and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering options to optimize pricing
- Submit tender/bid documents as per client requirements and timelines
- Support sales and project teams with pricing clarifications and revisions
- Maintain and update a database of costings, rates, and suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in joinery estimation and fit out works
- Ability to review architectural and joinery drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills

Job Purpose
- To prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit out works by analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope documents, ensuring timely submission of quotations and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural and joinery drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom joinery, loose and fixed furniture, and fit out elements.
- Quantify materials, labor, and production hours required for manufacturing and site works.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project teams for technical and cost inputs.
- Request, obtain, and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.

- Attend site visits or meetings (if required) to understand project conditions.
