Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day site activities for furniture, joinery, and interior fit out works
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and installation details
- Monitor installation quality and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site related issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve site challenges to avoid delays and maintain project schedules
- Carry out snagging, rectification, and ensure successful project handover
- Verify completed work for billing and progress claims where required
