Position Overview
Emirates National Farm, part of Emirates Rawabi Group, is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Executive – Systems & Infrastructure to support site operations.
The role reports to the IT Manager – Infrastructure & Service Delivery and supports farm, production, warehouse, logistics, and other operational activities.
IT Infrastructure and User Support
- Provide daily support for users, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, handheld devices, and other site equipment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems, hardware, software, and network-connected devices.
- Monitor Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, internet connectivity, CCTV, and access points.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Systems, Security, and ERP Support
- Administer Active Directory users and permissions and support endpoint security, antivirus, patching, and basic security monitoring.
- Provide first-level support for SAP and other ERP applications, including user access, transaction troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation.
- Support biometric systems, handheld terminals, Bluetooth printers, scanners, and van-sales or operational systems.
- Investigate, document, and escalate system, network, security, and application incidents.
