Role Overview
Al Rawabi Dairy Company is seeking an experienced Senior or Supervisor Storekeeper.
The role manages day-to-day warehouse and store operations in a fast-paced dairy or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, storage, issuing, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory using SAP and a Warehouse Management System.
- Ensure accurate GRN, stock transfer, goods issue, returns, and inventory transactions in SAP.
- Monitor FIFO, FEFO, batch management, expiry dates, and product traceability.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock reconciliation.
- Investigate and control stock variances, damages, shortages, and expired products.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, warehouse hygiene, and compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Supervise storekeepers, forklift operators, helpers, and other warehouse staff.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and readiness for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, or a related field is required.
- Five to seven years of warehouse or store experience is required, preferably in dairy, food, beverage, or FMCG.
- Two to three years of experience in a Senior Storekeeper or Store Supervisor role is required.
- Strong hands-on SAP experience is required; MM, WM, or EWM is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of batch-controlled and expiry-sensitive inventory is required.
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and warehouse KPIs is required.
- Strong supervisory, communication, and team-management skills are required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting is required.
- Cold-store, chilled, or frozen warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Dairy manufacturing or food production experience and SAP-integrated warehouse exposure are preferred.
Compensation
- The listed pay range is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
