Sr IRDC Program Analyst (Contingent Hire)

AMSG is seeking a Sr Program Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Innovation, Research, and Development Coordination (IRDC) function by facilitating department-wide strategic planning, innovation coordination, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities that improve research and development collaboration across DHS.

AMSG supports a diverse portfolio of programs across the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, strategic studies, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of federal strategic planning or program management experience.
• Experience supporting governance boards and executive-level initiatives.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
