As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (MuleSoft Developer), you will design, optimize, and safeguard the integration services that connect General Mills' most critical systems. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver and support multiple MuleSoft solutions across projects, producing high-quality, secure, bug-free code and complete solution design documents.
Provide technical leadership for MuleSoft solutioning and platform maturity, translating strategy and architecture into highly available, secure technical implementations in accordance with best practices.
Set up and maintain repositories, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and unit tests, and identify and implement process improvements by automating manual work and optimizing data delivery for scale.
Uphold and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards, defining best practices and processes across enterprise integration applications.
Conduct code reviews and mentor MuleSoft developers, guiding and cross-training team members and helping them understand the need for change.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, developers, and data and analytics teams to influence, motivate, and lead cultural change for the adoption of new technologies.
Monitor industry trends and lead proof-of-concepts to evaluate and implement new technologies, proactively improving key operational SLAs such as uptime, application performance, and time to issue resolution.
Provide 24x7 on-call production support once a month on a rotational basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory — Note: this is the minimum education criteria, which cannot be altered).
Experience:
At least 8 years of overall professional experience.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
At least 3 years of practical experience with Java or C# (object-oriented programming languages).
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with databases.
Experience with integration design patterns, automation, standardization, and best practices.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software engineering principles.
Ability to work through others, guide and develop junior team members, and provide technical consultation on MuleSoft platform best practices, security, and governance.
Strong aptitude to learn and a passion for problem solving.
