Role Overview

Required Experience and Skills

• Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Axway SecureTransport.
• Good knowledge of the Linux platform.
• At least 6 years of infrastructure experience in a support engineering role.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Strong practical and commercial sense.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing infrastructure automation with Ansible, Python, or Java.
• Experience in a BFSI organization.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Initiative in resolving issues and flexibility toward new technologies.
• Technical certifications are welcome.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage Managed File Transfer platforms such as Axway SecureTransport.
• Troubleshoot production Managed File Transfer issues.
• Contribute to 24x7 production environment support.
• Perform problem solving, escalation, and incident management.
• Ensure consistent monitoring across relevant infrastructures.
• Test and upgrade Managed File Transfer environments.
• Log, track, and analyze associated metrics.
