About the Role
QatarEnergy is seeking a Senior HSE Transformation Officer to support corporate-level HSE transformation and change management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management or related field, 3+ years of change management experience, and knowledge of HSE practices.

Responsibilities
- Support corporate level HSE transformation and change management planning including all related requirements, systems, processes, performance measures and communication.
- Provide project management support for Corporate HSEQ department's change initiatives.
- Supports HSEQ department's change initiatives to ensure alignment with QatarEnergy HSE policies, senior management expectations and QatarEnergy strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Min 3 years of change management experience
- Knowledge of HSE practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management, including visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written command of English

Required Experience and Skills
- Post graduate business qualification would be an added advantage.
- Professional international certification in HSE would be an added advantage (e.g.: NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent).
- Knowledge of HSE practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- General understanding of business process improvement programs (e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management. Including knowledge of visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
- Experience in general HSE management would be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related industries or similar would be an advantage.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is required.
