Overview
- Assist in developing and enforcing site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
- Support preparation of Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments for construction activities.
- Investigate incidents, and near misses; prepare reports & recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for site personnel.
- Maintain HSE records including permits, inspection reports, and training logs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HSE performance reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Coordinate with project team to integrate safety into planning and execution.
