Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the overall strategic direction and execution of large scale civil projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide decisive leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high performance environment to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee the development and management of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and contractual issues, to minimize potential disruptions.
