Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sr.

HR & Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources, general affairs, and administrative operations across the company.

This role manages recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation strategy, organizational culture, and also ensures smooth administrative support including facility coordination, office supplies management, and company-wide internal communication.
