Job Description
The EV Operations Admin Specialist will work at the Hyundai Motor Group Manufacturing plant in Ellabell, GA, supporting the EV Operations Manager in continuous improvement projects at both the plant and the Duluth headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
include reviewing processes, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
This role demands strong leadership, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Primary
- Observe current process, collect data, conduct data analysis and recommend improvement ideas to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Assist EV Operations Managers, Headquarters and EV Operations staff in daily business operations
- Provide direction and support regarding daily production goals and requirements
- Maintain communication with Senior Manager and customers and provide communication to ensure understanding of issues and required actions
- Process Account Transactions and filing
- Perform weekly settlement
- Perform monthly A/R and A/P closing
- Provide understanding of the daily business issues, plans and goals
- Daily, Weekly, and monthly Reporting to Sr. Manager, Headquater and customers
