Sr.Functional Analyst (ISG)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Requirement Management
• Act as a primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead requirement discussions workshops and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
• Translate client business needs into functional and solution level requirements aligned with OrderServ capabilities.
• Provide proactive inputs and recommendations based on prior headless commerce and platform experience.
• Solution Design and Platform Implementation
• Support implementation and configuration of OrderServ or similar headless ordering platforms across Web Mobile and Kiosk channels.
• Ensure alignment of solution design with business use cases including menu and catalog management ordering journeys including cart checkout and fulfilment payment integrations and customer and authentication flows.
• Validate solution feasibility and highlight any functional or technical gaps early in the lifecycle.
• Integration and Technical Coordination
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for integrations with POS systems payment gateways aggregators loyalty platforms CRM systems and third party platforms.
• Participate in API discussions data mapping and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure smooth integration flow across systems in the OrderServ platform.
• Delivery Execution and Stakeholder Management
• Manage day to day coordination across client development QA and vendor teams.
• Provide regular status updates highlight risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client communication ensuring transparency and confidence in delivery.
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.
• Testing Go Live and Hypercare Support
• Support SIT and UAT cycles by validating end to end ordering and integration flows.
• Coordinate defect triaging and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
• Assist in go live readiness deployment coordination and post launch stabilization through hypercare support.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady state operations.
