You’ll be joining CIBC’s Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting Team. You’ll be at the heart of CIBC’s digital transformation, successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale mobile projects involving multiple back-end systems. As an Sr. Full Stack Developer (Azure), you’ll assemble, implement and maintain easy, flexible, and personalized solutions that enhance the client experience across both iOS and Android. You’ll lead the planning and strategy for the technical design, development and integration of these applications.

Design and development - Perform and coordinate complicated application programming activities. Design the application's technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, building CICD pipelines and testing approaches. Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Strategic planning - Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business goals. Passionate about building multiple complicated projects involving backend systems, new technology, and the enhancement of existing applications.
Operational Support- As a Sr. .NET and Azure DevOps Team member, you will run instruction-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the quality of the deployments, provide technical guidance for the support team for Production Issues, Design and Develop Applications, Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.
You can demonstrate experience of at least 3-5 years in .Net/C# with in depth experience in Azure infrastructure and development, AI / Github Copilot, Building Apps in Azure: Azure Webjobs, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, Azure Devops etc., Building CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, PowerShell, ASP.NET, MVC, XML, Json, SSIS, Microservices, RESTful API, Unit Testing. It’s an asset if : You have knowledge of Agile, Elastic search and SOLID design principles. Having experience with SSRS/Tableau/Power BI would also be beneficial.
