Role Description

Responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of pumps and flow control equipment.
• Perform diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and communicate project status and recommendations.
• Guide junior service personnel and coordinate with engineering and supply chain teams.
• Support aftermarket projects, upgrades, customer training, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering expertise with hands-on pumps or flow control equipment experience.
• Industrial field diagnostics, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications and use testing tools safely.
• Experience leading field assignments, mentoring junior personnel, and managing service activities is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical qualification is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of API standards, relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and site-work best practices is required.
• Applicants should be comfortable working at industrial sites and traveling to regional customer locations.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service, reporting, and documentation skills are required.
• MS Office and field-related software knowledge is required; maintenance management systems experience is advantageous.
• Major overhauling experience is stated as an additional qualification.
