Role Overview
Provide end-user and desktop support for computers, laptops, operating systems, software, networks, accounts, and peripherals.
Support users through calls, remote assistance, and visits to workstations when required.
Technical Support
- Resolve hardware and software issues affecting user productivity.
- Diagnose CPU, RAM, storage, and peripheral problems using targeted questions.
- Guide users through simple, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Deploy and support productivity suites, antivirus, and security tools.
- Support printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Network and Account Support
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
- Configure network settings and troubleshoot VPN connections.
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts.
- Manage user permissions and access rights.
- Provide remote support using TeamViewer or Remote Desktop.
