The Sr.

Electrical Integration Engineer is responsible for complex design, integration, and implementation of electrical control cabinets, power distribution systems, and interconnect wiring.

This individual will use their expertise & leadership to develop electrical schematics, plan power routing, select components, and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards while supporting manufacturing, testing, and field deployment.

• Design & validate electrical control cabinets, junction boxes, and power distribution panels
• Develop wiring diagrams, schematics, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules
• Create power routing layouts for AC and DC systems
• Size and select circuit protection devices, power supplies, relays, terminal blocks, and wiring components
• Integrate electrical equipment with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and industrial networks
• Drive coordination with mechanical, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure proper cabinet layout and cable routing.
• Perform electrical load calculations and verify power distribution requirements
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and installation work instructions
• Support, assembly, system integration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site commissioning
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IPC 620 and applicable customer standards
• Rapidly recognizes design problems and errors and takes corrective action
• Monitor the progress of designed devices, components or systems to ensure that technical problems are solved
• Drive continuous improvement efforts related to electrical design standards and manufacturing efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to other Electrical Integration Engineers
