Role Overview
Lead multiple technical areas and departments within JPMorganChase’s Commercial and Investment Bank.
Apply cross-functional software engineering expertise to advance technical methods, industry practices, and technology adoption.
Manage an organization of more than 40 members and collaborate with senior leaders across business, product, and technology.
AI Engineering Strategy
- Set and scale strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation using enterprise-authorized tools.
- Establish portfolio standards for AI-orchestrated delivery workflows, release governance, automated test modernization, resilience engineering, and incident response acceleration.
- Define guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, reuse, human-in-the-loop decisioning, quality gates, and secure handling of sensitive inputs and outputs.
Technology Leadership
- Lead technology and process implementations across departments and drive adoption of software development lifecycle tools and automation.
- Provide high-level direction to teams, influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders, and drive consensus across competing objectives.
- Manage complex projects, large cross-product collaborations, technology budgets, and financial performance.
