About the Role
MindX360 Technologies seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to implement production-ready features on Service and Sales Cloud. The role requires 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, and CTI, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Implement production ready features on Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud
- Own the solutions recommended and act as a trusted advisor to the team, internal stakeholders, and partners
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Design, configure, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce features such as case management, lead/opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage the day to day operations, project tasks, and sprint planning within an Agile environment
Requirements
- 6 8 years hands on experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service platforms
- Strong understanding and experience with configuration and development of Apex, Apex Triggers, Lighting Aura/LWC Frameworks and Visual Force
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns and design limitations
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbot, communities and service console customization
- Strong understanding and hands on experience installing, configuring and customizing CTI Adapter
- Exceptional Communication Skills (written, verbal, interactive)
- Lead the Salesforce team in the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions

- Hands on experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbot, communities and service console customization.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience installing, configuring and customizing CTI Adapter (understanding of backend Lambdas is a plus) including CTI Flows.
- Exceptional Communication Skills (written, verbal, interactive).
