Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 12–15 years of experience in construction cost control (UAE preferred).

in luxury villa and high‑rise building projects. Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Primavera P6 is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
