Senior Technical Coordinator (Arch)

The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge design intent with execution, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and facilitate seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.

Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.

Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.

Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred. 15-20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
