Role Overview

Engineering and Operations

• Prepare completion and workover programs, procedures, flowcharts, contingencies, time estimates, and AFEs.
• Review completion basis of design, hardware compatibility, well status, well integrity, and safety equipment requirements.
• Determine fluid requirements and review slickline, wireline, fishing, cementing, stimulation, and pressure-treating operations.
• Ensure compliance with IPM standards, barrier standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate program reviews with contractors, suppliers, clients, product lines, and third parties.
• Monitor daily progress, costs against AFEs, nonproductive time, and service-company performance.
• Perform engineering studies and initiate corrective actions for recurring completion problems.

Professional Experience

• Experienced professional specializing in completions and/or workovers.
• Experience preparing and technically following completion and workover programs and procedures.
• Experience supervising or mentoring field engineers and supporting critical wellsite operations.
