Job Description
Provide expert engineering guidance and reviews across transportation, drainage, structural, and geotechnical disciplines.
Support design and development of major infrastructure projects in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Project duration is five months.
Responsibilities
- Review highway, roadway, and interchange designs for compliance with the Saudi Highway Code, MOT standards, and international best practices.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary transportation, drainage, structural, and traffic engineering submissions.
- Review reports, drawings, calculations, and technical studies and provide constructive recommendations.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and authorities throughout project delivery.
- Support constructability reviews and identify construction challenges and solutions.
- Review drainage, hydraulic, and stormwater management designs.
- Evaluate bridges, retaining walls, underpasses, and other road structures for safety and integrity.
- Participate in workshops, design reviews, risk assessments, permitting, and authority coordination.
- Monitor consultant performance and maintain design quality, schedules, and project expectations.
