As a Sr Chemical Process Engineer here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will use your in-depth understanding of chemical process engineering fundamentals and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Collaborating with other managers and engineers, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping groundbreaking projects, expanding existing processes, and developing the next generation of Advanced Materials products by designing, testing, and validating products from pilot scale to market.
You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Geismar, Louisiana location on a 9/80 work schedule.
In this role, you will also oversee and mentor other process engineers, ensuring their professional development and the successful execution of projects.
In this role, you will impact Solstice Advanced Materials by optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring high product quality, and minimizing environmental impact.
Your expertise in troubleshooting, implementing advanced technologies, and analyzing data leads to increased efficiency, cost savings, and adherence to regulations.
