Sr. Business Process Analyst

Relevant degree or equivalent experience — Business, Operations, Information Systems, Process Design, or similar practices.

Several years of hands‑on operational analysis — business solutions intake management, process evaluation, workflow mapping, or business operations oversight.

Communication clarity — Translating ambiguous business partner requests into precise operational language.

Critical thinking — Asking the right questions to uncover the real issue.

Adaptability — Handling shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Diplomacy — Guiding partners toward clarity and understanding.

Industry knowledge — Understanding of the organization’s regulatory environment, operational model, and business systems.

Platform and system fluency — Ability to navigate intake tools, workflow platforms, case management systems, and reporting dashboards
