Sr. Business Manager, Software Operations & Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience leading analytics, business operations, software business performance, product management, business development, or related functions.

Experience building, leading, coaching, and developing analytics teams.

Strong expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Proven ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from multiple sources.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust through clear, timely, and accurate communication.

Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels.

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

Flexibility to collaborate effectively across global regions and time zones.

Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to increase productivity, improve analysis, and support effective decision-making.
