Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr.
Business Development Executive / BDE at ALBALATIN
Contracting & HE Rentals for Saudi Arabia.
The Sr.
Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
They will also be involved in market research, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Bd & Sales Strategy
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the rental equipment market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads, followed by follow-up and sales presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate equipment rental solutions.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Rental Process Management
- Oversee the equipment rental process from initial inquiry to delivery and return.
- Ensure timely equipment availability and meet customer specifications.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for seamless equipment delivery and
- collection.
- Monitor and manage the status of rental contracts, renewals, and agreements.
Sales Reporting & Targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, pricing strategies, and rental market trends.
- Identify key industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking and business
- development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer
- satisfaction and efficient rental processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for rental services.
Contract Negotiation & Pricing
- Negotiate rental terms, conditions, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and rental quotations.
