Perform business analysis activities on medium-to-large projects within a digital mortgage transformation program.

Own requirements delivery, including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support.
Responsibilities
- Manage Agile ceremonies and help the Product Owner decompose epics into user stories.
- Define user stories with acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, business rules, and data elements.
- Analyze stakeholders, facilitate refinement sessions, and maintain reusable requirements documentation in Confluence.
- Collaborate with product, development, subject matter experts, and UI/UX teams on application pages.
- Document test scenarios, support developers through build and testing, and apply coverage analysis through implementation.
- Guide junior business analysts and continue building organizational, business, and technology knowledge.
Must-Have Requirements
- At least 5 years of business analyst or business systems analyst experience.
- At least 2 years of Agile project experience.
- Independent business and systems requirements gathering experience.
- Online banking or mobile banking experience.
- Requirements methodology knowledge across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, and process maps.
- Experience with projects exceeding $2 million and with facilitating groups of 20 or more stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and knowledge of requirements documentation and modeling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous RBC experience.
- Experience with accessibility requirements or BDD feature files.
- Master's Certificate in Business Analysis or CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Experience with digital mortgage projects or mortgage financing and approval.

- Business process modeling, business rules, data requirements, and gap analysis.
- Backlog management, story mapping, stakeholder requirements, and user stories.
