Daily Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and customer service teams.
- Resolve warehousing, distribution, customer, import and export, and logistics systems issues.
- Maintain logistics data for operational reports, customer issues, training records, work logs, and schedules.
- Provide daily support for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Improve, simplify, and standardize logistics processes and solutions.
