Sr. Associate - Network Admin

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Cisco routers and switches.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot issues within SLA.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Perform IOS upgrades and router and switch password recovery.
• Support routing and switching across BGP, VLAN, VTP, STP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, and stacking.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Hands-on experience with IOS upgrades and router and switch password recovery.
• Knowledge of BGP routing.
• Knowledge of VLAN, VTP, STP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, and network stacking.

Qualifications

• Either a bachelor's degree with CCNA certification and five years of experience, or CCNP certification with more than three years of experience.
• Strong Cisco network device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
