Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering

• Drive adoption strategies for product launches and enhancements.
• Reduce reliance on traditional training through digital guidance.
• Support communication and user engagement plans.

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–7+ years in Digital Adoption, Training, Learning & Development, or Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar DAP platforms (Whatfix, Pendo).
• Configuration of WalkMe on the application.
• Strong instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• WalkMe certification (Builder I/II or higher).
• Experience with analytics, change management frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci), LMS platforms, and regulated environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
