As a Sr.
Associate, Digital Product Enablement, you will play a key role in supporting the Adi Commercial Enablement (ACE) team by managing critical operational workflows that enable efficient customer onboarding and ongoing digital product support.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and interested in building a career within Digital Health.
The role focuses on executing high-volume, process-driven tasks that support customer success, while providing exposure to digital tools, systems, and cross-functional collaboration at our Fort Worth, TX location.
In this role a typical day will include:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities that support ACE team efficiency.
Triage and track ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, partnering with L1/L2 support teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain system accuracy across Salesforce, Jira, and internal tools, including E2C tracking and updates.
Create and maintain Jira Epics, including status updates, documentation uploads, and milestone tracking in support of ACE members.
Monitor and triage shared inboxes (e.g., Adi.Help), ensuring timely routing and response coordination.
Support Demo and Onboarding Meetings by capturing details, notes and follow-ups as well as tracking action items and support escalating any risks.
Support account setup activities and system validation steps.
Coordinate scanner/device orders, including placement, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
Support contract coordination and execute sales order entry for digital tools.
Assist with account-level administrative needs supporting onboarding and adoption.
